When you purchase a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Cancellations made 20 working days or more in advance of the training start date, will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 7 – 19 working days in advance of the event start date will receive 25% refund. Cancellations made within 7 working days to the training start date will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
- You may transfer your registration to another one of our scheduled Programs in the same calendar year (pending availability) any time before 7 working days of the event; should you nominate a Virtual Program, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference.
- You must attend all Training Sessions to be eligible to receive their Dare to Lead™ Trained Certificate and Badge
- In the unlikely event that the venue needs to be changed, you will be provided ample notice and we guarantee that the new venue will remain within close proximity to the Brisbane CBD.
- You acknowledge and agree to our COVID-19 Precautionary Policy.
