We live and breathe leadership and are on the frontline everyday - we understand the challenges leaders are facing, we are connected to content matter experts around the world, and we are skilled at creating safe and trusted spaces where growth can flourish - this is an opportunity to learn under the skilled guidance of a leadership expert
Rest assured, we put a lot of time and effort into ensuring that the amount of value you get from Leadership Key far exceeds the investment you make, which is $2,570 + GST per annum. Memberships are on an annual basis and participants can opt in or out for the next year.

While we wish we could guarantee everyone a spot, unfortunately due to our strong desire to keep our groups intimate, applications for those who miss an intake will be automatically rolled over to the next intake. Rest assured everyone will be kept informed and up to date with the status of their application.
There is no obligation for members to commit to another year, however in our experience, after forming deep connections to each other and experiencing the learning, you won’t want it to end! While our goal is to have many Leadership Key groups running simultaneously year after year, we will contract with each members as and when the time approaches.
At present, Alison Lalieu will be leading the facilitation of all Leadership Key Groups (and on occasion, inviting thought leaders and content matter experts into the sessions to share their amazing insights). However as the community grows, some of our other Coaches will join in on the fun.
So we can accommodate for leaders around the world, sessions are facilitated virtually via Zoom.
